Please review our reservation, deposit, and cancellation policies before making your reservation.

Reservation Policies

A deposit is required to confirm all reservations.
To request a change to your reservation dates, please contact our office at 1-506-576-7080. Deposits are non-refundable; however, your deposit may be applied toward a future stay during the same camping season if the request is made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, a new deposit may be required to confirm the revised reservation dates.
Guests who wish to change sites after arrival must obtain approval from the office before relocating.
Check-in is available from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Reservations may be cancelled if the guest has not arrived by 10:00 PM on the scheduled arrival date. Guests expecting to arrive late must notify the office in advance.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Only one camping unit is permitted per site. Camping fees include one RV and one registered vehicle.
Tents are not permitted in the park.

For advance reservations, a deposit of 50% of the total stay is required at the time of booking.
Deposits may also be made by Etransfer (relax@kokcampground.com). Reservations are not guaranteed until payment has cleared.

Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather.
Failure to cancel a reservation or failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of the reservation.
Once checked in, guests are responsible for the full duration of their reserved stay. Refunds will not be issued for early departures for any reason.
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the originally scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund of camping fees, less a $50 administration fee.
Cancellations made 14 days to more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will be charged one night’s stay.
Cancellations received within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
